Why is passing this school bond so important to the students at Canadian Public Schools?
The AG classroom is currently inside the main high school building in a small classroom. This classroom, originally designed to teach other subjects, is currently being used to teach horticulture, animal science, and natural resources classes. Imagine trying to accomodate all those subjects using one small classroom that is not equipped to teach any of those subjects. The transportation barn is also doubling as the AG shop for the welding class.
Our AG program continues to grow with 44% (72 out of 163) of the 8th-12th grade students taking an AG class every day. Our current space is very limited to accommodate our students.
School Bond Election Info
There will be a Canadian Public Schools bond election on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.There will be NO TAX INCREASE associated with this bond.
If passed, the bond would fund:
A new Agriculture Building with a classroom and shop area A Multi-Purpose Room to serve students for numerous events
Improvement to school sites
