📍 High School Gym
💰$20 per student
Who needs a physical?
✅ Students participating in grades 6–12 athletics
✅ Grades 8–12 band members
Important Reminders:
✔️ A parent/guardian must be present
✔️ Physical forms must be completed before arrival
✔️ Physical forms are available in the high school office (if needed)
✔️ Cost: $20 per student
